Privacy Policy

Drawing Dice (drawingdice.com) is run by Railsome Labs SL, Spain. This page explains what data we collect and why.

What we collect

Your email address, only if you subscribe to the weekly drawing prompt. We use it to confirm your sign-up and to send you the prompt, and nothing else. Our emails don't track whether you open them or click anything.

Feedback, only if you send it: your score, your message, the page you sent it from and, only if you give it, your email address so we can reply. We use it to improve the site and to answer you. Your score, message and the page (never your email) are also kept in our analytics tool, PostHog.

Usage data: which pages you visit and which buttons you press (for example, rolling a prompt), your browser and device type and your country. We use it to understand what people enjoy and to keep the site working. Our analytics don't set cookies.

Your sketchbook: the prompts you save or mark as drawn stay in your own browser. They never reach us, and clearing your browser's data deletes them.

Cookies: one essential cookie that makes the sign-up form work. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else handles it

We don't sell your data. A few service providers help run the site: Cloudflare (network and security), PostHog (analytics, hosted in the EU), Postmark (sends our emails) and our hosting provider (servers in the EU). We may also share data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe. After that we keep it only with a note not to email you again. If you sign up but never confirm, we delete your email after a week. We keep feedback for as long as it helps us improve the site, and delete it whenever you ask. We keep usage data only for as long as it helps us improve the site.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Children

Drawing Dice is for everyone, but if you are under 14, please ask a parent before subscribing by email or giving us your email address with feedback.
